Granulaterre is an 8 channel granular synthesis tool in which you can record a sample on the fly or load a sound. Part of this sample can then be played back as grains to which an envelope is applied.
The resulting sounds can then be played on the keyboard or using the built-in arpeggiator. Granulaterre is a very practical tool for creating sound layers or rhythmic patterns that are synchronous or asynchronous with your loops.
Granulaterre’s 8 channels are separated and can therefore be easily spatialized.
