Logelloop 6.2 comes with a new internal Mapping system that lets you interconnect dozens of interfaces with just a few clicks, without even thinking about it. This extremely intuitive system will radically change the way you create music with Logelloop! By permitting you to quickly connect functions that were previously unable to interact, it will help you to test and realize your musical ideas very quickly.
Randomizer is a new data plug-in that generates random values and actions. This is the first Logelloop module to integrate the Internal Mapping functionality, and other modules with this new feature will be available soon.
Randomizer contains 16 tracks that can be triggered by the metronome, or regularly but not synchronized to the metronome, or randomly within a time range of your choice. A fourth way of triggering Randomizer actions is to use a Map button to slave the Randomizer clock to the playback head of a modular Looper or File Player… So you can randomly draw values and apply them to the user interface setting of your choice, you can generate triggers to trigger sounds or restart loop playback, you can draw a number from a list and apply it to any setting, and you can press a button for a fixed or random duration. You can also use a probability setting to make these actions even more random. Finally, you can apply an interpolation time when you want to slide from one value to another.

The Modular Looper gains even greater flexibility with several new functions. It now features a new playback mode with a pitch ranging from -24 to 24 semitones, adjustable in decimal values. This pitch is latency-corrected, so that pitched loops remain synchronous.
Modular Looper also features three new options: Autostart which, if deactivated, allows you to record loops whose playback will not start automatically, Loop/Once which causes playback to stop at the end without looping automatically, and Restart which restarts playback from the beginning. These three options can be controlled by Midi, OSC, Macro, and of course, by Mapping, !
We’ve also improved the Looper’s behavior when synchronized. Startup after sound pasting or Restart is now slaved to the metronome.
Finally, the AutoFade duration is adjustable and stored in scene memories. By default, this duration is set to 0, in which case AutoFade is applied over a duration calculated automatically so that fade is completed by the time the playback head reaches the end of the loop.

The reverb module features an impulse-reverse button. With one click, any of your reverbs becomes reverse!

The Acousmonium has also been enhanced. When you select several sources, the barycenter is displayed as a blue square inside the selection. You can move the selection by clicking and dragging this button. You can also rotate sources around the barycenter using the shortcut shift+alt+cmd/ctrl + click+drag. Pressing alt + cmd while clicking on one of the Hide buttons displays only the source concerned, clicking a second time makes all sources visible again.
The Trajectory module, which creates trajectories in the Acousmonium, now lets you change source attributes such as rotation, stereo width, spread, etc. It also lets you exclude certain loudspeakers from a source’s diffusion.

When you create a new project, you now have a choice of several templates offering ready-to-use projects. You can create your own templates by exporting them to the Template folder in the Global folder.

In addition to these major additions, you’ll find a host of bug fixes and interface simplifications, as well as a large number of new macro, OSC and Midi commands.
